About Safe Haven Education
Safe Haven Education was founded to strengthen how workplaces recognise and respond to coercive and controlling behaviour.
I have spent over 15 years working with large, complex organisations across financial services, investment banking, consultancy and law, as well as global FMCG and retail brands, international advertising groups and their subsidiaries.
I have led commercial teams, managed people and operated at senior level in environments where governance, performance and organisational complexity are part of daily decision making.
That career, combined with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, formal training in domestic abuse and coercive control, and my own lived experience, provides a distinctive perspective in this field.
I understand how organisations are structured, how decisions are made and what it takes to introduce meaningful change within them.
